Chef of the Month

JP Pendergrass was born and raised in Luling, LA, southwest of New Orleans. He started working in restaurants at the age of 15 and studied at the Culinary Arts at Delgado College. From New Orleans, JP moved to San Francisco California working under chefs who taught him classic French cuisine with California fusion.

 

12 years later he came back to his roots in the south and found his home in Alabama. We are extremely thrilled to have him exploit his talents in the town of Gadsden focusing on New American cuisine with a Southern and French Twist.
